Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19, we are making only one stop to the post office weekly. Generally shipping out orders every Tuesdays or Wednesdays!

For shipping within Canada: 

• Local: 3-4 days
• Within Province: 4-6 days
• (Newfoundland, Yukon Territories, Some parts of BC - 8-14 days)
• National: 4-6 days
• (Please note that smaller towns/areas not easily accessible by major transportation will take longer).

For shipping to the U.S: 1-2 weeks (7-14 business days)

For other international destinations: 3-4 weeks, please allow time for customs inspection.

These are approximate times only and may differ depending on other factors such as holidays, weather, etc. Please only contact us about a lost order only after the approximate wait period.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that once the item has left Canada, it will be transferred to your country's post office and therefore, we cannot control the shipping times. Custom fees may apply on items over $20, it is the buyer's duty to pay any applicable fees.
